A deposit of 50% of the total rental charge is required to confirm the reservation and the balance is due two weeks prior to the event. Your rental contract must be secured with cash, check or credit card. All non-account special events contracts MUST be paid in full before the items are picked up at the store or delivered by warehouse personnel.

Customers assumes all weather related risks involved in holding an outdoor tented event. Bear Towne Tent and Event Rentals will endeavor to minimize said risk; however, should the tenting become unusable due to high winds, snow, rain or any other factor beyond our control, customer shall still be liable for payment.

Cancellation must be made two weeks in advance of event date or deposit will not be refunded. Credit will be given, if rescheduled.

Delivery and pick-up service is available, charges are based on destination. At the time of pickup, all equipment should be stacked and in the same area as delivered, unless you notify us otherwise.

Customer assumes full responsibility to have underground facilities (water lines, cable lines, etc.) clearly marked prior to the arrival of the work crews to set up tents. The customer is responsible for any damages caused by not having areas marked.
